Vintage Mossy Oak Collectible, Large Camouflage Jacket, Rare 1980's Collectible, Hunting Lodge Man Cave Decor, Full Foliage Green Clothing

Sorry, this item has sold.

The rare Mossy Oak Full Foliage collectible hunting jacket is in great condition. The gorgeous design of this particular jacket is referred to as Full Foliage - written on the material. It appears this design has been retired.

The rarity of this particular piece is extraordinary. Most camouflage garments are put through the mill and worn in harsh conditions. Briars, thorns, tree bark, and other abrasives make a mess of used camouflage clothing. Even more, the hanging plastic window on the back is a great indicator this coat was meant to be used in tough conditions. However, this coat has somehow made it through to the present day in very clean condition.

All of the buttons are intact on this gorgeous Mossy Oak Full Foliage hunting collectible. The cuffs are adjustable with buttons intact.

The coat is not fringed up or thread bearing. It is a very solid piece of hunting memorabilia.

There are no tears, rips, water damages, bad odors, or repair places on this collectible camouflage jacket. There are some vintage wear places or a tiny spot or two. However, these are very hard - if not almost impossible - to notice or even find. The material has a little vintage fade - we think. However, it is hard to tell because some camouflage garments are made to have less of a sheen.

The unusual clean condition of this particular Mossy Oak jacket shows it to have been worn very little and kept out of harsh conditions.

While this jacket would be a great camouflage piece to use today, it might best be better appreciated as a hunting decoration collectible. The man cave or hunting lodge would be enhanced and gain all sorts of interest with the addition of this number 0003 1980's vintage Mossy Oak Full Foliage jacket.

The collector will appreciate this camouflage hunting collectible for its great condition and early design.

The jacket is made from 100% Cotton.

The Mossy Oak jacket was made in the USA.

This is a very rare hunting collectible as the item number is 0003.

The motto at the time was "The First Perfect Camouflage".

The coat is a size large.

The coat has one small pouch inside breast pocket. There is also an exterior breast pocket along with two larger side pockets - one on each side.

The hanging plastic window on the back appears to have been added later - most likely as an identification badge holder.

It is possible that the threads for this identification badge holder could be removed if so desired.

The Mossy Oak Full Foliage hunting jacket weighs approximately 2 pounds.

The Mossy Oak Full Foliage hunting collectible is machine washable.

The measurements on this very rare and collectible jacket are as follows:

The chest measures 22" wide. The bust measurement would be 44".

The shoulders measure 19" wide.

The waist is 22" wide.

The arm length from the seam below the collar at top-back-center out to the cuff 31".

The back length from the seam below the collar at top-back-center down to the hem is 28" or 29.5" from the top of the collar.

The front length from the top of the button row down to the hem is 25".

The sleeve length from the shoulder seam out to the cuff is 22".

The side length from the armpit to the bottom hem is 18.25".

The measurement from the top of the shoulder seam down to the hem is 26.5".

The adjustable cuff opening measures 6" wide and can be taken up a little from there.

The two front side pockets measure 7" wide x 8.5" tall.

Please overlook the model. He tried very hard to stand still.

***Note on Measurements: All measurements are taken and described as close as possible. Where only an approximate measurement is available we will put approximately in the listing.

***Our Measurements for clothing are taken with the garment laying flat with closures fastened - zippers are zipped and buttons buttoned.

***The Bust measurement is obtained by measuring across the flat chest of the garment from armpit to armpit and then multiplying that number by two. To get the chest measurement simply divide the Bust by two.

***We clean our vintage inventory of surface dirt and dust before we list it on our site. We would not want to receive something dirty so we are not going to send our customers something with original dust or dirt. However please note that after shipping we recommend all items be cleaned thoroughly before use. This does three things: (1) It helps you know your item, (2) It helps you ensure your item is clean according to your standards, and (3) It removes any dust or grime that may have come from the shipping and delivery process.

***Unless noted in the description, we normally do not polish or repaint our inventory as many of our customers prefer the vintage patina look over a new painted or polished appearance.

***Please pay close attention to the pictures as they may show more than I may be able to explain.

***Please note that sometimes we enhance our pictures for sharpness and clarity.

***We aim to be good stewards of our planet; therefore, we may use or reuse boxes and/or packing that are clean and ship worthy.

***The year of manufacturing or year-it-was-made is an estimate based on experience, similar items, and/or appearance.

***Textiles and Fabrics such as linens, tapestries, clothing, tablecloths, or simple craft materials may be wrinkled or have lines upon arrival as they are folded for shipping. It is recommended they be laid out or hung up.

***As is common with pre-owned items they could have little marks that are not so easily detectable - we refer to these as vintage wear and rub marks. While I do personally inspect each item, I can miss small marks that may not show up with regular inside light. That being said, I try to be very picky and careful to make sure the details are explained truthfully, honestly, and upfront.

***Virtually all pre-owned items have vintage wear and rub marks. This is simply a term that we have coined to point out that because: (1) they are older, (2) most likely they are not in their original plastic, wrapping, or packaging, (3) have been stored, (4) transported, (5) and handled - they are very likely to have little, small, or slight discolorations, marks, places, wear, etc. Hence, this is why we often have longer descriptions. We try very hard to make sure you know what we know.
